Pernah dengar nama Stephen Pierce? The first time I encounter his name was when I watched a video about mind mapping at Youtube. A very unique technique yang mana secara ikhlasnya saya da gunakan semasa saya study di Sains Johor dulu. I used this technique to improve my reading speed dan juga my ability untuk ingat. Sebab, saya dapat sejak saya dari tingkatan 4, saya kurang mampu menghafal…tetapi saya boleh ingat gambar buku yang saya baca beserta tulisan-tulisan die sekali. Pelik kan? Bila tutup mata saya akan nampak balik buku yang saya tetapi dalam bentuk .jpeg..hehe maksudnya gambar lah. dan dari gambar itu, saya digest, tarik keluar perkataan dari setiap muka surat satu demi satu, pastu transfer atas kertas untuk jadik peta minda or mind map tu. mudah kan?
So anyway, this guy, Stephen Pierce, I met him once at JW Marriot while attending his seminar together with Patric Chan, who is a neighbour to my partner, Afif (by the way, Afif taught this Patric guy how to use Photoshop). He’s a real fighter. Coming from a background where you can never have it here in Malaysia, the kind of environment that pushes him to the limit. As a reward, he is the No 1 Internet Wealth Advocate in the planet. Lucky? or determination? Maybe both. But knowing him through his writing, I can sense the energy that his trying to trasfer to his audience. He admit that one he had this kind of tought:
“I could never do that.”
“That’s too expensive.”
“That will never work for me.” ……………..sounds familiar? and then he took his step back and ask himself:
“Who told you to think like that?”………..this is the part where I vs myself happening. And then he started to think, and think hard:
“If they can do that, so can I!”
“I can follow those instructions!”
“I can learn how to do that too!”
“I can make just as much money as them!”
“I’m just as deserving of success as they are!”
And that’s how it all begin. A long and painful journey but the ending is so much rewarding.
So my dear friends. Stop for a minute. Look back at what we had going through this past years. We can never turn back time but we can always make the best in the future. Take a bold step NOW. Claim what you have left behind, Claim what you should get. Wealth, success, and everything you wish and dream before. May victory stays on our side!
